Monday – Thursday
2 guns @ $800 ($400 per gun)
3 guns @ $1,125 ($375 per gun)
4 guns @ $1,380 ($345 per gun)
5 guns @ $1,625 ($325 per gun)
6 guns @ $1,950 ($325 per gun)
WEEKEND RATES
Friday – Sunday
2 guns @ $900 ($450 per gun)
3 guns @ $1,275 ($425 per gun)
4 guns @ $1,580 ($395 per gun)
5 guns @ $1,875 ($375 per gun)
6 guns @ $2,250 ($375 per gun)
A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. There is an additional charge of $25 for each non-hunting guest or persons under 16 years of age.
The charge for overnight lodging is $50 per person and includes a hot continental breakfast.
Included in the hunt: Personal guide, hunt dogs, morning coffee, safety gear, trap shooting, lunch and bird processing.
Coolers are not provided with hunts.
There is an eighteen (18) quail bag limit per gun.
With 72-hour advance notice, extra pens of 18 quail are available for $175 per pen.
With 72-hour advance notice, pheasants are available for $55 each.
Cancellation Policy
There is a five (5) day notice of cancellation required for return of deposit. Only the Ranch Manager can authorize/approve cancellations due to weather. Please call the Ranch Manager if you are not sure.
There is a $175 charge for each guest not present for a scheduled hunt as their 1 pen of quail will be set out for the remaining hunters. Also, there is a $10 charge for each unused guest accommodation.
Licensing
Acceptable methods of licensing to hunt at the RLR include (other methods apply, but these are the least expensive options):
- Type 101 – Resident Hunting License: $25.00
- Type 102 – Senior Resident License: $7.00
- Type 120 – Non-Resident Banded Bird License: $27.00
Note: Licenses are not available for sale at RLR but may be purchased online through the Texas Parks & Wildlife website. Additional costs may apply and prices may vary.
